Music has numerous positive effects on the lives, minds, and attitudes of children. The presenter introduced a voluntary music program into a Southern Oregon Head Start preschool classroom to see first-hand the effect that music can have in the general education classroom. Through the program implemented, students were able to explore their musical curiosities and foster an interest in music.
