It is critical that the representation of Native American culture in schools is accurate and contemporary. This will not only lead students to critical thinking, but also make sure that Native students will feel included in the curriculum. This project focused on Native American water rights and current issues. In the end, students were able to create a poster advocating for the protection of water.
