Society's current attitude towards mental health can severely harm a person throughout their life, which leads to high risks of a person developing suicidal ideation. For these reasons, it is important to start programs that address these issues and prevent them from reaching the point of suicide. For this capstone project, the presenter worked with two different classes to explore their emotions and who they are as people to begin creating spaces where mental health is addressed.
