Class sizes in K-12 classrooms today are too large for general education teachers to feasibly differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students effectively. The current educational class sizes in K-12 Oregon public schools need to be reformed to reflect the preferred pedagogical practice of whole-student instruction effectively, and efforts need to be made to support teachers' ability to respond to variance among learners to support student success and growth.
