Mindfulness is a valuable therapeutic technique that makes someone become aware of who they are. Studies have shown that students who have practiced mindfulness have shown improvement in academic performance and disruption in behavioral issues. It is important for students to practice mindfulness early on so they can learn how to maintain focus. This project consists of teaching mindfulness lessons and doing activities, including yoga and breathing games, with preschoolers.
