This Honors College Capstone literary research discusses the effect of genocide on the current state of public healthcare in Cambodia through historical and contemporary comparative analysis. Implemented solutions are critically examined in order to inform the audience about the prevailing healthcare disparities while specifically focusing on cancer treatment and diagnosis in rural and urban settings.
